Macrodactyly with Syndactyly of Foot

Abstract

A 6-month-old child presented with the abnormally enlarged 2nd and 3rd digits of the right foot with fusion (Syndactyly) of these enlarged toes since birth. There was no associated detectable abnormality in the other foot or hands. A diagnosis of Macrodactyly was made.
